Penpals snail mail form

Fill in the form below if you would like an entry on the vegetarian snail mail penpals list. This list is for people who like to write and receive letters the old-fashioned way - on paper! Please read the notes below first:

• The details you supply for the penpal lists will be used for compiling your entry and, if you have requested it, subscribing you to the penpal updates mailing list. However, they are not added to any other of our databases/mailing lists.
  
  
• All fields must be filled in fully for our confidential records but those marked with * will not be made public. Incorrectly completed forms may not be considered for the list.
  
  
• This is NOT a dating agency. The Vegetarian Society reserves the right not to include any inappropriate submissions of this form, including any without an authentic address.
  
  
• All accepted submissions will be added to the list. The list is only printed off once a month, so be patient - letters may not start arriving at once (why do you think it's called "snail mail"?)
  
  
• Older entries are deleted automatically, you can usually expect to be on the list for about a year. Renewals are allowed.
